More Moon Phases adds three new moons, the waning variants that Hytale lacks!

To do this, I also had to override most Weather assets to add new the phases to each one as well as override the GameplayConfig to increase the totalMoonPhases.

This was made in conjunction with Real Time Sync and will have special handling for the synced moon phases when used with it.
