Mermaids 1.3.11 Changelog

• For last update, I merged the Alpha and Release branches but blocked some of the alpha content; however, I forgot disable enabling Mermaid Tail model v2 by default.
  • So I removed auto giving the Mermaid v2 tail model and now gives v1. If you want to keep using the v2 Tail model, use my alpha versions of Mermaids.
• I removed some annoying console messages that should only show when in debug mode.
